• Yes, the foot rollers and lower leg air bag massagers can be turned on/off independently of the rest of the chair.

• Yes, the foot rollers can be turned off. The air massage can be turned off legs and arms as well.

• You can use the custom massage options, press "Foot Roller" to turn the foot roller on or off.

• I don't know if it's possible. I can't find a program to turn it off. If anyone has done it, do let us know. However, that's one of the best feature I like with this purchase.

• Yes you can shut foot massage off. You can also pick other zones to turn off also. Love this chair!!!!!!!!!!
