• Depending on the size of the bottles, yes. For example, a standard six-pack of bottles firs easily inside.

• Yes, shelves are removable. I can fit a half-gallon of milk in the side door compartment, but taller bottles will not fit upright in the fridge without removing one or more of the shelves.
