Yes they can if it uses the mini plug. If it uses the large old school type will need an adapter too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends how old school we talking. 8-track players is doubtful but if it's a cassette player, u can buy a cassette that u insert in yr stereo. Comes w/a cord that hangs out. U just plug that to yr phone & viola, magic!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably not. The old time units used an RCA type or 1/4" plug to hook everything together. This is a mini plug, however, you can purchase an adapter to change from a mini to RCA plug. Personally I would not go from mini to RCA , however, an adapter from RCA to 1/4" works fine with those units.
