I want to say yes. I found this on apple's website. https://support.apple.com/kb/SP15?locale=en_US Input and output Dock connector 3.5-mm stereo headphone jack This Insigna adapter has a 3.5mm jack. It should fit.

Yes, this plugs into headphone jacks. So plug it in where the headphones usually go(on your ipod, phone,mp3, or whatever you want to use), and you're good to go.
