Does this cause fires or is on the recall list? null

Currently this brand-new model is not on the Best Buy Insignia recall list. Those are older models, and one would assume the manufacturer would have resolved those issues prior to releasing a new model.

The recall includes Insignia Digital Air Fryers, Insignia Analog Air Fryers, and Insignia Digital Air Fryer Ovens, all sold at Best Buy or online, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
