“If it's not frost free is there at least an outlet hole for hose to move melting ice for defrosting ? I have a drain in my basement next to hot water heater.”

Yes, it has a drain on the lower left front. There is a screw-in plug both inside on the bottom and on the outside.

There is a cap in the lower left corner that unscrews, revealing a drain hole. The water will run out this hole into your floor drain. I situated my freezer in proximity to my floor drain for this exact purpose.
