of course frost build up at the top of the inside walls , if you want something without frost , do not buy this one! in other hand it made a lost of noise when it try to cool the inside of the freezer, even anything that you put in there will get the frost . even in advertising it did not say it is frost free. the door can open easily . I do not see any suction in it . before I buy this freezer , I saw someone said that she put her stuff in the freezer and it melted. I checked the manual before I buy it , there are 3 different level of freezing . you can cool it as you like. I test it out , it can keep freezed item well, it can keep them as they should . it is not right to say this freezer does not freeze the staff , this item freeze the staff but it is not frost free . if you have more money , I suggest you to buy better staff because this one made frost and frost ! but if you are like me (just student) or you do not know when you will leave place that you are at then buy this one. good luck
