• The opening is 15” x 16” the depth has two measurements. The deep side is 27” and the shallow side is about 18” deep

• I did some measurements of the 3.5 Cu. Ft. freezer. 16.5" x 15" inches width. 26.5 inches deep in half of it and the other half is 17 3/4 inches deep. I hope this helps. This is a great little freezer for my apartment.
