This is totally a bad purchase. I bought the same one 11/25/2022 and now I need to get someone to go pick it up. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay to get it picked up and delivered by other people. I tried to get help with this at BestBuy, but they will not help. I suggest you call and talk to customer service. They should be able to help you if your purchase date has not expired. I am sorry
