Can this be laid down to move from store to home null

Make sure you stand up the unit for at least 2 hours before you power it on.

When we picked it up the guy laid it in our hatch.

I don't believe it's recommended. I've I had to do that with a fridge and I believe it had to stand up for 24 hours before it could be plugged in.
