I ordered the deep freezer online and chose the option for it to get delivered to the store. I could have had it delivered to my home, but due to the pandemic, I was afraid it would get stolen since most deep freezers were out of stock at the time. So I definitely didn't want to chance it. My boyfriend and I picked it up and it wasn't as heavy as we thought it would be.
