How many amps does this freezer draw? null

1.0 Amps operating at 115 Volts. 4 amps start up. Watts = volts x Amps so ~115 watts but that does not square with the estimated $23 per year cost. Probably its 1 Amp when cooling down a load but a lot less once all the food is at temperature.

It states in the manual Made in China
