Yes they do wear mask. I did not have a washer or dryer to be removed.

We are following all CDC- recommended precautions to help prevent the spread of illness. Beginning July 20, 2020 clients receiving in home delivery, installation, repair, and consultation services will be asked to wear a face covering when in the same room with a Best Buy team member. While we are in your home, we will be taking some extra precautions to make sure we keep everyone safe for the duration of the visit. We will be utilizing masks/face covers as well as gloves to minimize contact and potential spread of illness. We will also be setting up a visual perimeter in accordance with social distancing requirements to help us identify the area we are working in. We would ask you don’t cross the perimeter until we have left your home. We will chat a few times throughout the visit. This perimeter will help us keep the right distance during those conversations. Before we start and after we finish the work, we will clean the surfaces we have been in contact with using the appropriate cleaning supplies as well.
