Hello Colt, if you are having an issue setting up this Insignia™ - 3-Device Universal Remote make sure the batteries in the remote are fresh and properly inserted. Double-check that you are entering the correct setup code for your TV model. Check the infrared sensor on your TV to make sure there are no obstructions blocking the signal from the remote.
