• I don't believe it supports HDMI 2.1, but with 4K pass-through, it should accommodate DTS and ATMOS.

• I am sorry I cannot definitely answer you questions as yet. The specs say this supports up to 18gbs which is the HDMI 2.0 standard. Additionally it does say DTS and Dolby True HD audio. ATMOS is really just part of the True HD codec, so it show support pass through of that audio. My use for the splitter is in the future, so I hope some current users can answer you soon.
