• If your camera has a MINI-USB out (which it looks like it has), you can connect it to your computer and transfer your pictures/videos via cable vice wireless transfer.

• Typically if the adapter fits to your camera and to a computer you can interface the camera as a storage decice. So it should work.Under most circumstances the camera will need to be powered on. I would recommend taking the SD card out and putting it into the computer. IF you have a computer with a card reader....less connection points means the less chance of any shots squraking up. And that's important if you are shooting for business or high end photography. I directly handle the SD card for my powershot, my D60 and D6 over plugging up whenever possible!
