The post on the lower hinge can be unscrewed and screwed in on the opposite side. That makes the hinge usable on the left side.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just got one of these recently.. they have the additional hinge located inside the fridge when first purchased. Yours might have been left out. So tech was unable to swap the hinges.
