QuestionWe bought one of these a few months ago and notice that it gets warm on the sides. It has plenty of clearance on each side and in the back. What would make it get warm on the exterior walls? Is this a safety concern? It seems to put out too much heat.

QuestionHad to transport on side. BestBuy folks said wait 48 hours upright before starting. This seems like a ridiculous amount of overkill. 24hrs should be enough for the oils in the refrigerant to drain down. Confirm or deny, please.

- Answer Ha! The delivery guys laid the fridge on its side - I guess to install the door or ice maker. I looked at BB’s website and it said wait 24 hours. I called their 800 number for support and they said 20 minutes but then said 2-3 hours and then said 3-4 hours. So, who really knows? Both of the delivery guys were definitely ‘English as a 2nd language’ as well as the guy at the 800 number.
