Hello, and thank you for the question. The Insignia 18 Cu. Ft. Top‑Freezer Refrigerator does have removable leveling feet, but removing them will not significantly reduce the overall height of the unit. The refrigerator must remain upright and cannot be shortened enough to fit under a 66 inch clearance, and proper ventilation space is required above the unit, so a tight fit is not recommended for safe operation.
