“When turning it on after recently turning it off, the unit spits out very small ice particles. It feels good on hot days but I am not sure if that is something I should worry about. I have had the unit for about 1 week.”

• Have mine for a little over two weeks and never noticed that happening with mine. Maybe call the company and ask if that’s normal
