• While the manual does not recommend it, if you use one make sure to keep it as short as possible and use a 12 guage high wattage cord. Do not use a cheap thin extension cord as they cannot handle the current and wattage requirements.

• It will be safe with an extension cord as long it has a ground lug on the extension cord.
