• Yes, it did work. It does not draw power from the USB so a power adapter is required. The largest adapter end fit and I was able to print labels successfully.

• depends on what type of Plug the DYMO takes. A straight circular push in, then yes. How much voltage and amps are needed? Max out put on this is 24v 1.5 amps

• Hi Batmonkeyman, I don't think so. Because this adapter is compatoble for round-pin connector devices but the DYMO Labelwriter 450 Turbo printer will work on USB cable wires. Insignia Support, Merjorie www.insigniaproducts.com/support
