• Yes. You can use the tv with dish using the hdmi input. You will not be able to stream any content or apps without WiFi or some other network connection (like your phone as a hotspot). All you will have available is what comes from your dish subscription. FYI, dish typically offers WiFi with their service if you want to have internet as well as television.
