“Does anyone know if the Apple TV + app is supported by this TV? When I purchased this TV as a Christmas present, Best Buy sent me a link to redeem 3 months free of the service. However, I cannot sign in to the app on this TV.”

First off, thanks to ParentShopper for the response. I do have a question to your response though. For now, you can go to the Internet on the TV and search Apple TV. Then go on the actually website to access it. Hope this helps. How exactly do you go to the internet on the TV? I couldn't see a way of doing this, but may have overlooked something? One thing to add though...after posting this I found this link on Apple that shows that it is compatible (https://www.apple.com/apple-tv-app/devices/). Shows that in fact the F20 model is compatible with Apple TV. If this is truly the case, you would think that Insignia (Best Buy) and Apple would get their stories straight. I specifically bought this TV to replace a TCL that wasn't compatible with Apple TV. Now I have a second TV that I need to return or keep without the ability to use the Apple TV App. I wish someone from Best Buy would answer this question.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No this TV is not a compatible device. I just spent 3 or more hours on the phone trying to find out why I could not sign in the Apple TV. Called Apple and Apple said it was not their app. It was Amazon. Called Amazon and they said there was nothing they could do. It wasn't their end and to call Insignia. Called Insignia and they said it was not the TV. It was the Apple App and to call Apple back. After my fourth or fifth call to Apple, I finally got someone at Apple to help me and fix this problem. They have to do an update to their system to make this TV a compatible device. Then they have to send this to Insignia so Insignia can have this TV get this update. When is this going to happen, not sure. So the next 3 months I would probably check the TV for any updates. For now, you can go to the Internet on the TV and search Apple TV. Then go on the actually website to access it. Hope this helps.
