• You can hook up headphones into the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the TV and you can use the buttons on the included remote to control the TV.

• Yes. See my other answer on how to do this. I recommend having a dedicated set of headphones for the TV, because if your headphones are connected to other devices, it'll drop the connection when the other device is in range (like when a phone call comes in).
