“Our cable tv service requires a DTA box at every TV. DTA box connected to Insignia TV thru HDMI1. Only stays on one channel, can’t change channels with DTA remote or TV remote. Please advise.”

Please contact your cable provider for assistance. If the TV is showing you the channel, it means that the TV is working. The TV remote cannot control cable boxes.
