“I have a 32" insignia led tv with a built in dvd player. The tv just died. Will this play dvds?”

• Since there are no video out only video in. I do not believe you could use this as a standalone DVD player. Which kind of makes this TV useless as you can pick up a DVD player at Big lots for $49 or less.
