“Can I connect this tv to my Direct TV control box by using HTMI cables and will I be able to control the tv with my at&t direct tv controls, or does the fire tv control take over? My new tv is a 32' Insignia fire TV edition”

• You can connect your AT&T DirecTV box to the TV with an HDMI cable. Use the Fire TV remote to control the Fire TV and the AT&T DirecTV remote to control the AT&T DirecTV Cable Box. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.
