“Was working fine but did a channel scan. After scan indicates channels found, but won't load. Indicates no signal. Tried several different antennas to no avail. Any suggestions?”

See attached photos. This came with our Insignia 32” and should be of help in case you don’t have the information. If you check the user guide online hopefully it will help solve your issue and if not contact both Insignia AND Amazon device support since it’s a Fire TV edition. Hope this helps!
