“What other cords do I need besides the one that comes in the box? It looks like I need to purchase something else. I was told I could just plug it into the outlet but I don't know how. I don't have cable and just want to watch amazon prime, netflix, etc.”

Plug it into ur power outlet and viola, ur good to go. Connect ur accounts and stream ur streaming!!!!
