A:AnswerA factory reset should be fine although you may continue to have the same issue after adding your own apps. Is there a way to clear the cache on each app you use? I’ve not had this problem.
A:AnswerSee attached photos.
This came with our Insignia 32” and should be of help in case you don’t have the information.
If you check the user guide online hopefully it will help solve your issue and if not contact both Insignia AND Amazon device support since it’s a Fire TV edition. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerYes, you will need to enter your user & password for your YouTube account and the tv will show what you’re currently watching on your phone screen
A:AnswerFirst, which TV, 24”, 32”,or 39”?
If you are still looking for the screws, I have the the originals for 32” see photo below. These are available on Amazon for $6 or $7.
A:AnswerFrom your tv, download the ROKU MEDIA PLAYER. I have a 2T Seagate external hard drive with hundreds of movies, TV series and and sports games. It just stays plugged in to my TCL TV, and it’s much, much easier to access than loading a Blu-ray, etc.
