Hello, thank you for your question. On the Insignia 32" FE Series Smart Fire TV (Model: NS32-FEFL26), go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output > Digital Audio Format, then select PCM for your 24" Insignia soundbar. Mueez | Insignia
