• A:Answer can't really be used as a non-smart TV. For the most part has to be connected to internet from what I can tell. Sort of has a built-in tuner. By that I mean, it has a tuner for various internet channels, including free. But as far as being able to tune in to your local channels, you will need an antenna. I did find that with an antenna, it picked up more channels than my Vizio did.

A Fire Stick sleep timer only puts the stick to sleep, so the TV itself stays on. For the TV to actually shut off, you’ll want to use the TV’s built‑in sleep timer, not the Fire Stick’s.
