The filter is in back and removable and washable. I’d contact company if u need a new washable filter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Why would you mess with the filter when it has an indicator light on the top when the unit has been used for 250 hours? It only needs to be removed and cleaned when the indicator light comes on at the top of the dehumidifier. If you are talking about the water level indicator, it rises with the water that collects in the canister.
