Correction to other answers: It is a one-shot timer that resets every time. The manual says: "The timer settings are for one-time only and will need to be set each time you want your dehumidifier to turn on and off by itself."

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This unit is great, you can set a timer on it for up to 24 hrs or it can also be set up to a certain humidity level and it will shut off. Only thing is it will shut off automatically if the reservoir fills first. It gives a beeping noise for 5 sec then shuts off. It has ability to run constantly if you attach a drain hose to the back. Its quiet easy to empty the water and does not take up space at all. It has been a great addition to our home with the humidity e have here in texas. I definitely recommend this unit. I've had it for 2 months and no issues at all and it works great.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fan runs continuously, the comp will shut off when humid level is achieved. There is a timer on it, run for 2 hours off for 2 hours.
