“Anyone have issues with it not collecting any water into the bucket after having been on awhile? Mine has the back filter area exposed, not against anything. It’s running. It came with the bottom of the box cut off and a lose screw fell out of it the unit”

My is not collecting water and humidity in the room is high
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on how damp it is in your home. Mine came on and has been running just fine. There is no bottom of the box, it comes so you only have to lift the top off and the base is free-floating. I didn't have any loose screws floating in the box. If it hasn't collected water in the drawer you may have a defective unit. Get a humidity gauge to make sure you have a problem with humidity.
