“When the Comfort setting is engaged, my unit turns off after 2 or 3 minutes (humidity set at 35% and 49% displayed)...Is this normal? I prefer the Comfort setting because the air coming out is cool vs the Continuous settings warm air coming out.”

Mine did the same...I took it off comfort setting and the humidity went down.
