• The cord is about the same length as the exhaust vent tube which has to go outside. I believe the water can be continuously drained with hose via gravity, but I haven’t needed to do so. I just manually drain as needed.

• Cord length 6 feet. I gravity drain mine with a hose into a 5 gallon bucket, that I can easily dump when full. To avoid having to dump the bucket, I've ordered a Condensate Pump from Amazon,($50) but haven't set it up yet. How high you can pump depends on the pump
