• The Insignia™ 350 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner does not have a removable water tank like a dehumidifier. Instead, it uses a self-evaporating system that expels most of the moisture through the exhaust hose. However, during periods of high humidity or extended use, excess water may collect inside the unit. In such cases, you’ll need to manually drain it by removing the drain plug located at the bottom rear of the unit. You can place a shallow container underneath to catch the water, or you can attach a hose for continuous drainage.
