“Can you adjust the air flow out of the machine mine is going straight up”

• If it is actually straight up, I would think it needs to be returned. If not all the way up, did you try the 'swing' button? It my be locked in the up position from a random hit on the swing button. Even if you turn it off and back on it will still be locked until you unlock it.
