“The flex hose that attaches to the back of the unit keeps falling out blowing hot air in the room. It should have come with a collar to put on the flex hose and it did not. Am I missing a piece. I cant use this ac??”

It should have a collar. Mine does. If you look at the stock photos, there is a collar on the hose in the pictures.
