• The TV has a Power On Setting that will bypass this step for you and make it easier to access your cable service, etc. Follow the steps below: Home>Settings>Displays and sound>Power On> Select 'Last Input' . The TV will turn on displaying the Last Used Input (e.g. HDMI1) * The TV must have the latest update for this feature to work and be connected to a network.

• I’m not sure but I would look in the settings or try putting the TV on your wanted input and then turning it off. Maybe the next time your turn it on it will be on that input?
