“If I download the Xfinity app(I have set top boxes on my other tvs), do I need to hook up an antenna as well, or can I watch all of my live channels through the app? Looking for a way to eliminate another set top box.”

Hi, Unfortunately the Xfinity Stream app is not available for the Fire TV Edition experience. However, you can to connect a Cable Box using an HDMI cord to watch cable channels. Alan O. - Insignia Support
