“With most of the TV’s that Best Buy has, they say “out of box” which price is cheaper. What does it mean “out of box”?? Is it used, or new?? Was it returned for a reason?? Are you just lying less not to get a fancy box??”

Out Of Box means that it no longer has the Factory box that it came in. Some of these are bought by customers and brought back without the packaging or they could have been used as Store demos. Either way this means that the Tv has been used, or what BestBuy considers "used". ( if you take a tv out the box and never plug it in ,BestBuy will still consider that " used")
