“I just took my tv out of the box and set it all up, the speakers aren’t working they are very scratchy. How can I fix this?”

• Return the TV. They should not be scratchy. If the volume is low, this a problem with the speakers. If it's like this when loud, you could hook up a sound bar to it and see if the sound is better. However, it sounds like it was defective if it's scratchy on a low setting
