“The volume on my 39" led t.v 720p all of a sudden does not work. I checked the speakers and both sides seem to work but no sound is coming out as pictures play. Please help in this matter.”

You better see if you're still under 1 yr warranty or geek squad. The same tv suddenly stopped responding to the remote just at the 1yr mark and I called in 4 days late and they told me to kick rocks basically since I didn't get to geek warranty. The tv isn't made to last and they don't care.
