low volume when using fire stick null

Low volume with this tv is a very common complaint and about the only thing that can be done would be to add an A/V receiver or amplified speakers. It's probably not the Fire Stick. I'm not specifically familiar with them, do they have a configuration menu where you can set a max volume level? Perhaps that is something you can check.

I have a Fire TV and the volume is fine. Make sure the dynamic range compression is not turned on. I have not experienced this problem using a 4K Fire TV device, but did not with a older Fire TV stick either.
