“I am interested in trying one of these chairs but they don't have them at my local store and I am concerned they will not fit me. I am just within the height and weight limits advertised. What is the return policy on the chair if it doesn't fit me?”

My friend is 6 foot 4 and 375 pounds, big boy, he has the chair and he fits but it is tight to squeeze in his arms to the arm massagers.
