I'm sorry this doesn't answer your question: But where did you get the suspension rods from? I've been reaching out everywhere and I can't find any. I'm having a similar issue and figured that would be the fix.

Please try again later.I thought I was the only one with this problem .. seemed minor .. would bunch the clothes & error code appears So Then I would re arrange the clothes in machine . then it would work.. but the machine itself bunches them up .. & kicks it off balance .. only 9 months old my pump went out .. its been a month & still with no washer .. or results in the right direction .. More Than one Lemon it appears .. Replacement needed ..
