“I was told by a Best Buy geek squad person who came out he said it’s the machine may have to add some kind of water level adjusters ? That’s an expense to the customer requiring a plumber and parts .. Should be fixed by Best Buy.”

This washer has an auto-sensing function, it will automatically decide how much water needs to be used based on the weight of the load. Try to use the "Water Plus" function for extra water if needed.
